Our Services
Trump80th.com provides a service that allows customers to purchase personalized birthday cards that are professionally printed and delivered to President Donald J. Trump on their behalf. Each card is printed on premium cardstock and includes the customer's personal message.
Orders & Payment
All orders are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected card(s). Prices are displayed in US Dollars. All sales are final. No refunds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Printing & Delivery
We guarantee that every card purchased through our service will be professionally printed and delivered. While we guarantee delivery, we cannot guarantee that each card will be individually read by the recipient. The delivery location will be determined at a later date. While we will do our best to guarantee delivery and printing of each card, there may be circumstances beyond our control that could impede, delay or make delivery not possible. Those events may be due to, but not limited to, vandalism, terrorism, cyber-crimes, theft, acts of God, security concerns, fire or physical destruction of the cards.
User Content & Messages
You are solely responsible for the content of your birthday message. Messages must be appropriate and respectful. We reserve the right to refuse to print any message that contains profanity, threats, hate speech, or any content we deem inappropriate. We may review messages before printing.
Limitation of Liability
Trump80th.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
